PURPOSE: A pickling method and pickling solution for preventing and removing defects of a low-chrome ferritic stainless steel in a pickling process are provided to remove foreign materials generated on the steel surface by adjusting hydrogen peroxide in a solution. CONSTITUTION: A pickling solution includes the mixed pickling solution of a low-chrome ferritic stainless steel system cold rolled steel plate. The mixed pickling solution includes sulfuric acid, free hydrofluoric acid, and hydrogen peroxide. The concentration of the hydrogen peroxide satisfies below formular. [Hydrogen peroxide concentration(g/L)] > 2 - 0.04 × [metal ion concentration (g/L)]. The content of sulfuric acid is 70 to 200g/L. The free hydrofluoric acid is 0.5 to 10g/L. The metal is iron or chrome.
