PURPOSE: The manufacturing method is provided to use yacon and artichoke to increase health preference and functional aspect. CONSTITUTION: 20kg of wheat flour is prepared. The washed yacon and artichoke are mixed in a ratio of 7 :3 and 3.5-4.5l of milling liquid is obtained from pulverizing device. 500-600g of salt, 300-400g sodium hydrogen carbonate and 20kg wheat flour with milling liquid 3.5-4.5l are put and mixed in container. The noodle knead is manufactured through manufacturing machine.
