GRE TUNNEL IMPLEMENTATION METHOD, ACCESS DEVICE AND CONVERGENCE GATEWAY

Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a GRE tunnel implementation method, access device and convergence gateway (GW), the method comprising: an access device acquires the address of a convergence GW group comprising at least one convergence GW; using the address of the convergence GW group as a target address, and transmitting a tunnel establishment request encapsulating the address of the access device, the tunnel establishment request being used to request establishment of a first GRE tunnel; receiving a tunnel establishment acceptance response returned by a first convergence GW, and acquiring the address of the first convergence GW from the tunnel establishment acceptance response, the first convergence GW belonging to the convergence GW group; and configuring the address of the first convergence GW as the network side target address of the first GRE tunnel. The embodiment of the present invention dynamically establishes a GRE tunnel in an access network employing convergence technology.
