<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall type exterior wall structure in which the weight of the exterior wall panel is transmitted at the upper side only of the exterior wall panel.SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 50 includes on the rear face thereof: a fitting part 1 for attaching the exterior wall panel 50 to a building frame of a building (ruler angle 42 connected to a joist 4); a connection part 2 for connecting an exterior wall panel 50 disposed at an upper position and an exterior wall panel 50 disposed at a lower position; and a height adjusting joint 3 for adjusting the height of the exterior wall panel 50. The height adjusting joint 3 for adjusting the height of the exterior wall panel 50 transmits the weight of the exterior wall panel 50 to a structural skeleton (joist 4) of a building only at an upper portion of the exterior wall panel 50.</p> |
