<p>Composition in the form of oil-in-water emulsion comprises: an ester of fatty acid and polyethylene glycol; an additional surfactant comprising esters of 16-22C fatty acid and sorbitan, and esters of 16-22C fatty acid and glyceryl; polycondensate of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide consisting of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol blocks; and a hydroxyl diphenylmethane derivative (I).
