SOLUTION: A damper 20 comprises a plurality of belt-like plate members 110 extending in a vertical direction. The belt-like plate member 110 comprises: a rotary shaft 110d extending in the vertical direction; and a closing plate part 110A extending in a radial direction of the rotary shaft 110d and closing an air passage. !
