<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing device of an air cap for heat conservation and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing device of an air cap for heat conservation and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises: a first film roll (1) for supplying a first film; a second film roll (2) for supplying a second film; an adsorption roll (3) formed with a concave groove (4) on the outer surface for convexly molding a first film (7) supplied from the first film roll (1); a heater (10) installed on the outside of the adsorption roll (3) for laminating the first and second films (7,8) with heat; an epidermal roll (21) for supplying an epidermal film to the film laminated through the heater (10); and a lamination roll (24) for laminating on the convexly molded first film (7). According to the present invention, a device and a method are capable of mass producing air caps with small volume and a simple manufacturing, and providing a device with low manufacturing costs and low facility maintenance costs and a production method thereof.</p> |
