PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of electric power generation when generating and charging electric power for each operation in an information input device operated by a user so that a surface of a plate-like panel with wide area is stroked.SOLUTION: A touch panel for receiving an instruction by contact of an operator is urged to float from a housing 105, and the panel is supported. A plate-like panel 101 can be reciprocated against the housing 105 by flick or the like of an operator. An electric power generation plate 104 such as a piezo electric element is flipped by a pawl (a holding part 107 within prescribed force) cooperating with reciprocation of the panel. A flipping operation causes vibration on the electric power generation plate 104 at a frequency near a natural resonance frequency. |
