PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional bubble-tube type level guage easily causes an error depending on a viewpoint and is unable to be looked at when confirming levelness from above if the top and the bottom are mistaken.SOLUTION: About 4/5 of a transparent tube instead of a bubble-tube is encapsulated with a liquid and connected by a connection tube to be formed into an elliptical shape and fixed to a transparent mount frame. With this mount frame on a horizontal table, the positions of the left and right water heads are noted as a scale on the surface of the tube. Next, the same operation is repeated with the top and the bottom reversed. If the level gauge thus configured is applied to the object and the noted scale is aligned with the water head, more accurate level can be achieved, and the same result is obtained even if either the top or the bottom is directed upward, and the level gauge becomes easier to use. In addition, since the level is achieved by looking at the water head inside a thick tube as compared with the existing gauge level, the gauge level is easier to look at and an error hardly develops.
|
