<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate used in an organic EL display device, which not only prevents deterioration of a semiconductor layer of a TFT due to light emission of an organic EL element itself but also has resistance to deterioration of the semiconductor layer of the TFT due to external light.SOLUTION: In the active matrix substrate, light-emitting pixel parts arranged two-dimensionally and TFTs (thin film transistors) 19 for respective pixels are provided between a pixel electrode formed in a pattern on a glass substrate and a cathode electrode provided so as to face the pixel electrode. Light-shielding bodies 6a-6f and 15 are provided so as to surround an upper part, a side part, and a lower part of each of the TFTs (thin film transistors).</p> |
