<p>The present invention relates to a reel package inspection apparatus to inspect defects of a reel package wherein an inspection target such as a battery separator, a wide film, plastic, or paper is wound on a reel. According to the present invention, the reel package inspection apparatus comprises: a reel package loading unit wherein the reel package is loaded; a sensing unit on a top and a bottom of the reel package to sense defects of the inspection target wound on the reel package by scanning a surface of the inspection target; a moving unit to move the sensing unit in an X, Y, and Z-axis direction to measure the inspection target; and a control unit which controls an operation of the sensing unit and the moving unit, determining the detects by calculating a measurement value sensed by the sensing unit.</p> |
