The present invention relates to a welding apparatus of a tailor welded blank with welding fume discharging and centering features to facilitate the centering of a steel plate and discharge of fume during welding. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the welding apparatus of a tailor welded blank with welding fume discharging and centering features comprises: a seating plate to allow different steel plates having different thicknesses, strength, and materials to be seated, wherein a slit-shaped welding groove is formed at the center of the top of the seating plate seated with the steel plates; a body part installed on the top of the seating plate to move along the welding groove; a photographing part which is installed in the body part to be elevated and photographs the welding line to allow the determination on whether the welding groove corresponds to the welding line of the steel plates; and a welding part installed in the body part to be elevated to weld the welding line of the steel plates.
