Provided is a conductivity distribution derivation method with which the distribution of conductivity in a battery having a planar electrode plate can be derived, said method including an acquisition step (S21) in which magnetic field information indicating a magnetic field is acquired, and a derivation step (S22) in which a conductivity distribution satisfying a plurality of relational expressions is derived for the magnetic field information on the basis of a plurality of relational expressions that are satisfied by an x-component which is a magnetic field component in an x-direction that is parallel to the electrode plate, a y-component which is a magnetic field component in a y-direction that is parallel to the electrode plate and perpendicular to the x-direction, the conductivity distribution on a two-dimensional plane that is parallel to the electrode plate, and the potential distribution on a two-dimensional plane that is parallel to the electrode plate. |
