<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a joint filler comprises a plate portion having a fold portion with repeated peaks and valleys wherein the plate portion is a structure to be inserted into a permeable space between the blocks. The plate portion is inserted into the permeable space by rolling around a random peak or valley as a rotary shaft. A plurality of layers of vertical permeable openings are provided to face the outside from a center of the rolled plate portion of the fold portion.</p> |
