<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molding apparatus for industrial waste which includes screw blades, a die plate and a drain hole, removes water contained in the industrial waste and discharges the water separated from the solid matter from the drain hole when transporting the industrial waste toward the die plate thereby compressing the industrial waste while forcibly kneading the industrial waste in an engagement space where the screw blades engage with each other, and which therefore enables the solid molded article thus produced from the industrial waste to exhibit high combustion efficiency when used as fuel and enables the industrial waste to be used as fuel having high combustion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The compression molding apparatus for industrial waste is configured in such a manner that: two screw shafts 2, 2 are arranged side by side freely rotatably in a barrel 1, the industrial waste in which a resin portion is incorporated is transported toward the die plate 3 thereby being compressed by the rotation of the screw shafts while being forcibly kneaded in the engagement space R where the screw blades 2a, 2a engages with each other; the resin position in the industrial waste is discharged from a plurality of nozzle holes 4, 4 ... provided in the die plate while the resin position is softened by the heat of the forcible compression; and the drain hole 5 is arranged in an outer peripheral wall part 1a of the barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
