The method includes positioning the at least one inlay loop in a predetermined desired position in a mold, providing at least one venting mandrel in the mold one free end of which is in contact with the inlay loop, injecting elastomer material into the mold, removing the at least one venting mandrel and vulcanizing the elastomer body.
