Disclosed are a battery control apparatus and a battery pack comprising the same. The battery control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a DCDC conversion part which increases or decreases a voltage supplied from a battery; a DCDC control part which controls the input voltage or output voltage of the DCDC conversion part; and a battery management part which manages the charge/discharge of the battery. The DCDC control part and the battery management part are integrated into one module to form a control module.
