The present invention relates to a photo-curable 3D forming method and a photo-curable 3D forming apparatus. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photo-curable 3D forming method and a photo-curable 3D forming apparatus, which can shorten the time for forming a sculpture. To this end, a photo-curable 3D forming method according to the present invention, which forms a sculpture by hierarchically laminating, on a forming plate, photo-curable liquid resin contained in a resin tub having a transparent bottom plate, relatively raises, in the forming, the forming plate with respect to the bottom plate of the resin tub within a range of at least a part of the thickness of a unit forming layer during irradiation of a layer image light for the unit forming layer. |
