PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic non-human animal that contains a nucleic acid for encoding an immunoglobulin light chain in which the immunoglobulin light chain is a human, human-like or hominization.SOLUTION: This nucleic acid includes means for bringing reconstruction of DNA and/or resistance to somatic hypermutation to the nucleic acid. In one embodiment, this nucleic acid contains an expression cassette for expression of a desired molecule in the cell in a specific stage period of generation in a cell generated in a maturity B cell. The present invention further provides a method for making immunoglobulin from the transgenic non-human animal.
