The present invention relates to a mask sheet for easy unfolding and a folding method thereof and, more specifically, to a mask sheet for easy unfolding and a folding method thereof, which is capable of easily and rapidly unfolding the folded mask sheet regarding use of the folded mask sheet, by forming a first left-right folding line to be weighted at a certain distance from a first left-right direction central line to one side; forming a second left-right folding line to be weighted at a certain distance from a second left-right direction central line to one side in a first left-right folding state; and forming an up-down folding line from an up-down direction central line to one side in a second left-right folding state.
