<p>A stroller comprises a wheel seat 20, a wheel 24, a shock-absorbing base 22 installed above the wheel and pivoted 223 to the wheel seat, and a shock-absorbing 26 component having one end connected to the shock-absorbing base (at 225) and the other end connected to the wheel seat (at 201). The wheel is ideally connected to the shock absorbing base by at least one arm, while the shock-absorbing component is a resilient member such as a spring. The base, the arm and the wheel of the pram / stroller suspension arrangement can collectively pivot about the hinge 223 when the wheel encounters an obstacle / a force, and the spring deforms to dampen the vibration. Preferably, the spring is hidden between the wheel seat and the base, so that it is not visible and not exposed to dirt.
