PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a value of a delay time at the time of inputting signals of a low level and a high level in a measured circuit to be acquired while inhibiting an increase in circuit area.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a first buffer circuit in which buffers of the same number of measured circuits are connected in series, and an output is connected to a first input terminal of a control circuit, and an input is connected to a second output terminal of the control circuit; a second buffer circuit in which an output is connected to a second input terminal of the control circuit and an input is connected to a first output terminal of the control circuit; and the control circuit which causes an entire circuit to be negative-true logic at the time of first operation setting and concurrently outputs signals of different logics from each other from the first output terminal and the second output terminal, respectively and causes the entire circuit to be positive-true logic at the time of second operation setting. |
