<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film having a multilayer structure including conductive particles arranged in a single layer and capable of achieving good conduction reliability, good insulating properties, and a good mounting conductive particle capture ratio.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film has a first connection layer and a second connection layer formed on one surface of the first connection layer. The first connection layer is a photo-polymerization resin layer, and the second connection layer is a thermal-cationic or photo-cationic polymerizable resin layer, a thermal-anionic or photo-anionic polymerizable resin layer, or a thermal-radical or photo-radical polymerizable resin layer. Conductive particles for anisotropic conductive connection are arranged on a surface on the second connection layer side of the first connection layer so that an embedding ratio to the first connection layer becomes not less than 80%.</p> |
