The purpose of the present invention is to provide an imaging module and an electronic device capable of preventing the inclination of a shake reduction movable part even when an imaging module is disposed near a magnetic field generator in an electronic device. An imaging module (100) according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a shake reduction movable part (130) having a lens group (102) and a magnetic body; an imaging element (127) for imaging a subject through the lens group (102); an elastic support (140) for supporting the shake reduction movable part (130) to move freely in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the lens group (102) and to be able to incline about an axis orthogonal to the optical axis; and a restriction section (170) for mechanically restricting the inclination of the shake reduction movable part (130). The restriction section (170) includes: a projection (172) provided on the shake reduction movable part (130) and projecting toward the outer periphery of the shake reduction movable part (130); and a guide (174) overlapping with the projection (172) in the optical axis direction and restricting the inclination of the shake reduction movable part (130) by coming in contact with the projection (172). |
