A straddle electric vehicle (1) comprises an electric motor (5) which is a driving power source for activating the vehicle (1); a high-voltage battery (60) for storing electric power supplied to the electric motor (5); a low-voltage battery (43) for storing the electric power supplied to an auxiliary machine (55, 57 to 59, 91 to 93) mounted in the vehicle; a converter (45) for converting a voltage of the electric power supplied from the high-voltage battery (60) to the low-voltage battery (43) into a voltage to be charged into the low-voltage battery (43); and a case (80) having an insulativity, for storing the high-voltage battery (80); wherein the low-voltage battery (43) is placed outside the case (80), and the converter (45) is stored in the case (80). |
