摘要 <p>Provided are a coating composition for a high heat-resistant substrate containing, in wt%, 20-65% of aluminum phosphate (AIPO_4), less than or equal to 8% (excluding 0) of boric acid (H_3BO_3), less than or equal to 10% (excluding 0) of metal polysilicate, less than or equal to 15% (excluding 0) of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and the remainder consisting of phosphoric acid (H_2PO_4); a high heat-resistant substrate for a thin film solar cell comprising an aluminium-phosphate system insulation layer formed with the composition; and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the coating composition for a high heat-resistant substrate increases heat resistance by using an inorganic material instead of an organic polymer-series coating, which is vulnerable to heat resistance, and is harmless to the environment and to a human body by using a water-soluble solvent. In addition, an additional process for doping Na is not required and the amount of Na can be easily controlled, as Na is included inside the insulation layer of the substrate coated with the coating composition for the high heat-resistant substrate.</p>
