<p>The present invention discloses a mobile terminal and a data-share method for the mobile terminal, wherein, the method includes the following steps: a sharing mobile terminal detects mobile terminals around automatically; the sharing terminal performing identity authentications of the detected mobile terminals automatically; the sharing terminal automatically transmits the data to be shared to the mobile terminals which succeed in the identity authentication.
