PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fume recovery device which achieves high fume recovery efficiency.SOLUTION: A first suction part 31 is capable of suctioning an atmosphere in a preheating zone 12. A second suction part 32 is capable of suctioning an atmosphere in a heating zone 13. A third suction part 33 is capable of suctioning an atmosphere in a cooling zone 14. A first recovery part 41 is capable of recovering fume contained in the atmosphere suctioned by the first suction part 31. A second recovery part 42 is capable of recovering fume contained in the atmosphere suctioned by the second suction part 32. A third recovery part 43 is capable of recovering fume contained in the atmosphere suctioned by the third suction part 33. |
