PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a device including a one-way valve and a variable volume storage chamber, in a short time.SOLUTION: A device including a one-way valve and a variable volume storage chamber has a first component 12 which has an integrally molded first supporting portion 16, a valve cover 20, and an actuator 18; and a second component 14 which has an injection-molded second supporting portion 22, a valve seat 24, and a variable volume storage chamber preform 26. The preform is blow-to a flexible porch defining the variable volume storage chamber 30. The one-way valve 34 includes two first peripheral portions axially extending and opposing, and a semi-annular and comparatively hard valve seal 24 deciding a first center portion extending in a diagonal direction between the first peripheral edge portions opposite to each other and axially extending. The flexible valve cover 20 is superimposed on the valve seat. Between the valve cover and the valve seat, a valve seam 36 extending in the axial direction and the diagonal direction and always closing is formed. |
