FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: axial compensator contains union with core installed on its ring shoulder, in contact by part of its external surface with the internal surface of the casing installed on the external surface of the union with space gap creation between the external and internal surface of the core and internal surface of the casing. The compensator contains a bushing with located installed along perimeter of its external surface radial holes for the shear bolts and locking ring, collet installed on the core and in contact by internal surface with the external surface of the middle part of the core. The thread blades of the collet are pressed by the bushing. The collet base is secured to the casing by means of the screws located in the through radial holes, that are made along the perimeter of the collet base and casing. On the external surface of the end surface of the end part of the core at the side opposite to union location the zone with teeth is made, the teeth are in contact with teeth on the internal surface of the locking ring installed on the core and located inside the cavity, that is made inside the bushing held on the core by the shear bolts located in its radial holes. Teeth of the locking ring and zone of the ring part of the core are made such that to ensure unidirectional axial movement of the bushing relatively to the core. At the place of the core and union contact the internal surface of the core and external surface of the union are made faceted to ensure rotation transmission.EFFECT: increased efficiency due to possibility of the compensator lock in the initial position and its opening by the hydraulic method.2 dwg |
