<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom device in which the safety of a resident can be confirmed smoothly without calling the resident in a resident's house. <P>SOLUTION: A living-room master unit 2 comprises a safe state storage section 28 which stores whether the state of a resident requires safety confirmation or not, a safety button 25 that the resident himself/herself operates for inputting the absence of abnormality in the resident himself/herself, and a timer 27 which starts counting a predetermined time. When the safety button 25 is operated, a normal state is determined. When the timer 27 starts counting and counts up, by shifting to a safety confirmation state, a message for safety confirmation is sent from a speaker of the living-room master unit 2. When a call button 13 of an entrance slave unit 1 is pressed long, the safety state of the resident is read from the safety state storage section 28 and notified by flickering an illumination LED 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
