<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EVOH resin composition, which exhibits improved adhesiveness with a polyester resin only by blending a predetermined component in an EVOH resin, and allows stable production of a multilayered structure, and to provide a multilayered structure having a polyester resin layer on at least one surface of a layer made of the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer saponification product (EVOH resin) and (B) a basic amine compound, and preferably contains the basic amine compound (B) by 0.01 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the EVOH resin (A).
