The present invention relates to a structure of a flexible polyimide composite film and a fabricating method thereof and, more specifically, to a polyimide composite film having a multi-layer structure which is laminated and impregnated with a layer of polyimide on one side or both sides of glass fabric woven with glass fibers; and possessing improved coefficient of thermal expansion and mechanical properties at high temperature, thereby being suitable for solar cell.
