The present invention relates to an apparatus for calibrating adaptive optics wavefront using an unequal optical device which makes a section of incident light introduced with a reflector to be almost a circle by respectively installing unequal optical devices in an incident side and reflected side of an apparatus for calibrating adaptive optics wavefront. In an apparatus for calibrating adaptive optics wavefront which transforms the incident light having uneven wavefront introduced with a reflector, according to the present invention, the apparatus for calibrating adaptive optics wavefront comprises: an incident light deforming measure (40) which deforms incident light (20) in a method such that the incident light (20) is introduced in accordance with an effective area of a reflector (10) in a path wherein the incident light (20) is introduced to the reflector (10); and a reflected light deforming measure (50) which restores the reflected light (30) which is reflected from the reflector (10).
