Disclosed is an electronic device protective shell, which alleviates the problem of insufficient storage capability of a battery of an electronic device when the electronic device is used outdoors by means of photovoltaic power generation. Meanwhile, a storage battery can be used as a charge Pal for reserving a certain quantity of electricity for the electronic device. Since a charging and discharging controller is used to control a photovoltaic battery panel to store electric energy after photoelectric conversion in the storage battery, using the electric energy in the storage battery to charge the electronic device can avoid the problem of overcharging or countercurrent which may occur when conducting direct charging using the photovoltaic battery panel. Moreover, the electronic device can be charged as well when there is no sunlight illumination, thereby avoiding use limitations. In addition, a switch assembly is used to control the state of electrical connection between an external data line port and the electronic device protective shell, and an electronic device port, and when the switch assembly is closed, the charging and discharging controller is used to control the storage battery or the external data line port to charge the electronic device, so that the switching between the charging manners of the electronic device can be realized on different occasions, thereby facilitating the use by a user.
