The present invention relates to a device to transceive barcode recognition data with a server and a method to advertise and use various services by using the same. The method includes a first step of manufacturing a device transmitting data, read through a barcode, to a server through the Internet by combining a barcode recognizing device, a TFT liquid crystal and touch panel, a network board, and a keypad; a second step of allowing a user to register a member through an application or webpage and receive a barcode or to possess a barcode printed on various gift certificates and cards; a third step of registering a point, a card, and a coupon to be used through the application or webpage; a fourth step of using the barcode for a device installed on an advertisement panel or device installed in a store; a fifth step of transmitting or distributing the data to the server under the rules, set according to a type of the barcode; and a sixth step of receiving the processed data through a smart device. |
