The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for distributing dynamic traffic in a data center network. According to the present invention, a method for distributing dynamic traffic may comprise steps of: receiving a traffic matrix of DCN, topology information of the DCN, and usage information of each link from a SDN controller; calculating partial topology satisfying all flow exiting in the traffic matrix as a first cycle on the basis of the traffic matrix, the topology information of the DCN, and the usage information of each link; and setting each flow within the traffic matrix as a second cycle by selecting the smallest path of the maximum link usage inside the partial topology.
