PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask capable of sufficiently meeting individual requirements of mask users.SOLUTION: A function reinforcement part 4, a functional material accommodation part 5, and a function suppression part 6 are provided inside a mask body 2. A superabsorbent polymer is contained in the function reinforcement part 4, and water is accommodated in the functional material accommodation part 5. The function suppression part 6 is configured so as to accept the superabsorbent polymer from the function reinforcement part 4.
