The present invention relates to a washing machine having a microbubble generating unit. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a washing machine having a microbubble generating unit, which comprises: a washing machine body having a washing unit which washes laundry; and a microbubble generating unit generating microbubbles to be supplied to the washing unit. The microbubble generating unit comprises: a circulation drive unit supplied with washing water from the washing unit to pressurize the washing water with high pressure; an air supply unit supplying air; a mixing unit connected to the circulation drive unit and the air supply unit to mix the washing water and air; and a slit unit forming the microbubbles, wherein the air supply unit and the air which are mixed in the mixing unit pass.
