Provided is a medical procedure instrument comprising a medical procedure body further comprising: medical procedure parts; covers which cover the rear faces of the medical procedure parts; and adjustment parts which are positioned between the medical procedure parts and the covers, and adjust so as to elongate the distance between the medical procedure parts and the covers and expand the air layer regions between the medical procedure parts and the covers according to increases in temperature on the rear faces of the medical procedure parts accompanying the imparting of energy thereto, and to shorten the distance between the medical procedure parts and the covers and reduce the air layer regions according to decreases in the temperature on the rear faces.
