<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy positioning of a heat-generating electronic device relative to a heat radiation member while securing electric insulation between the heat-generating electronic device and the heat radiation member in an electronic circuit device, formed by fixing the heat-generating electronic device generating heat through energization to the conductive heat radiation member, at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-generating electronic device 2, formed by protruding external terminals 22 for electrical connection from a device body 21, is housed in a recessed part 31 formed by recessing a surface 3a of a heat radiation member 3. When the heat-generating electronic device 2 is housed in the recessed part 31, the parallel displacement in a direction perpendicular to the depth direction of the recessed part 31 and the rotation movement around the depth direction serving as a rotation axis are regulated. Further, at least parts of inner surfaces 31a, 31b of the recessed part 31 are covered by an insulation sheet 6 having electric insulation so that the external terminals 22 of the heat-generating electronic device 2 are electrically insulated from the heat radiation member 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
