Provided are a cloud storage service method and a cloud storage service system using a front-end application library. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a server unit receives a storage management command from a client unit and transmits the storage management command to a provider unit which manages storage, wherein the storage management command is encoded in the state of being defined by a function name that is provided from a library of the client unit. Therefore, the present invention is capable of accepting different user requirements, expanding the storage and performing uniform management/control of the storage.
