The present invention relates to a movable system in cow stables, which uses RFID sensors and accordingly washes and sterilizes cows with use of the RFID sensor, thereby checking state of cows wherein the system is allowed to operate a tap sprayer and a chemical material sprayer for milk cows moving in and out of the cow stables with use of the RFID sensors, thereby automatically washing and sterilizing the milk cow and enabling users to check current state of the milk cow with use of the RFID sensor when passing the milk cow.
