PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate into a tire a self-expansion function for compensating for reduction of any tire inflation pressure without requiring any intervention of a driver. ! SOLUTION: A self-expansion tire assembly comprises: a tire; first and second air passages opened and closed at the rotation time of the tire for communicating with a tire cavity; a regulator device 300 having an internal chamber 320; and a pressure film 550 for opening and closing an outlet port 330 attached to the internal chamber 320 thereby to communicate with the tire cavity. A regulator body includes first, second, and third flexible ducts 350, 360, and 370 having internal passages. The third flexible duct 370 has a first end communicating with the ambient air, and a second end communicating with the internal chamber 320. The first and second flexible ducts 350 and 360 have first ends communicating with the first and second air passages, respectively, and second ends communicating with the outlet port 330. !
