PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate to be used as a transparent electrode that is an essential structural element of touch panels or display elements of various electronic apparatuses, and to provide a conductive resin composition suitable for forming a transparent conductive film that has a good appearance and excellent transparency and can be inexpensively produced. ! SOLUTION: The conductive resin composition includes, as a conductive polymer, a water dispersion of a conductive polymer having a higher viscosity compared to the prior arts; and the composition comprises (A) a conductive polymer, (B) a conductivity improving agent, and (C) a binder and shows a viscosity of 10 to 1000 dPa s at 25°C. The (A) conductive polymer is 1 to 5 wt.% conductive polymer water dispersion that is a composite of poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) and a polystyrene sulfonic acid and shows a viscosity of 5 to 500 dPa s at 25°C.
