PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-processable high strength cold-rolled steel sheet having both high strengh and processability and further having excellent chemical convertibility at a low cost without deteriorating its productivity and yield.SOLUTION: A highly-processable high strength cold-rolled steel sheet has a component composition containing, by mass%, 0.05-0.30% of C, 0.8-3.0% of Si, 1.0-3.0% of Mn, 0.10% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.01-0.1% of Al, 0.008% or less of N and 0.02-0.10% of Sb, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. |
