<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a noise removal function of an AD converter for improving an S/N ratio of an inertial sensor, and reduce the consumption of driving power.SOLUTION: A device for noise removal for an inertial sensor includes: an analog section 31 comprising the inertial sensor and an amplifier; an integrator 32 for integrating an output of the analog section 31; an AD converter 33 for AD-converting a signal integrated in the integrator 32; a digital filter 34 for varying a functional configuration on the basis of a control condition of control of noise removal and removing noise included in an output of the AD converter 33; and a measurement control section 35 for deciding such a control condition of control of noise removal on the digital filter 34 as minimizes driving power required for operation on the basis of a signal to be detected by the inertial sensor and data AD-converted in the AD converter 33.</p> |
