PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module and a light source unit which enables the increase in the melatonin secretion suppressing effect of a living body while the color of a light source is a daylight color, and enables the improvement of appearance of the skin, and the enhancement in color-rendering property.SOLUTION: A light source module comprises: a light-emitting part; and a wavelength conversion part. The correlation color temperature of light synthesized by the wavelength conversion part is 5700-7100 K. A spectral distribution of the synthesized light has a first local maximum value (Ma1) in a range of 440-480 nm, and a first minimum value (Mi1) in a range of 450-520 nm. The ratio of the first minimum value (Mi1) to the first local maximum value (Ma1) is 0.4 or more. The light-emitting part includes a first solid light-emitting element having a peak wavelength in a range of 350-420 nm. The wavelength conversion part includes: a blue phosphor, of which the light emission spectra has a peak wavelength in a range of 440-480 nm, and a half-value width of 40-70 nm; a cyan phosphor, of which the light emission spectra has a peak wavelength in a range of 500-540 nm, and a half-value width of 20-40 nm; a yellow phosphor; and a red phosphor. |
