PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound block structure which is light and thin. ! SOLUTION: The sound block structure of the invention blocks transmission of incident sound from one surface to the other surface side, out of a first surface and a second surface. The sound block structure has a hollow interior space, and the first surface part and second surface part comprise: a frame having plural openings communicated to the interior space; and a flexible film covering all openings on the first surface part and the second surface part and defining the interior space from an external space. The interior space is decompressed to pressure less than air pressure, therefore a part above the opening parts on the film enters the interior space in a curve state, and tension is applied to the film, namely it becomes a decompressed state. !
