<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molding that can secure adhesive strength between a resin base material and a fiber-reinforced resin material without forming a pressure-fit mark or the like on the molded resin molding by arranging the fiber-reinforced resin material in a desired position with respect to the resin base material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin molding 50 in which the fiber-reinforced resin material 51 with a second thermoplastic resin impregnated into reinforcing fiber is arranged as a reinforcing material in the resin base material 52A containing at least a first thermoplastic resin 52 includes advancing movable pins 32 arranged in an inserted manner into a lower mold 3A to allow the movable pins 32 to penetrate the fiber-reinforced resin material 51 in the lower mold 3A, and molding the resin base material while introducing the first thermoplastic molten resin into through-holes 51a formed at the fiber-reinforced resin material 51 by the movable pins 32 when pulling out the movable pins 32 from the fiber-reinforced resin material 51 penetrated with the movable pins 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
